About Course

This is an introductory course for our youngest math wizards where in engaging and interactive form students explore the concepts of mathematics. Our students enjoy participation in creative activities, where they learn to count, compare, classify, solve problems, and have lots of fun along the way.
Students can login and explore lessons.

ADMIRE offers classes for students in Kindergarten through this course. In most cases students attend classes that correspond to their grade at school.  However, math skills and preparation can vary significantly, and it is important to match the student’s ability with an appropriate level of challenge.

Course Content

Theme – 1. Addition using objects, equation & your fingers
Welcome to our Kindergarten Math course! In this exciting journey, we'll be delving into the fascinating world of addition. Our focus will be on making learning not only educational but also fun and interactive for our young learners. Course Title: Exploring Addition with Objects, Equations, and Fingers Course Overview: In this course, we will introduce the fundamental concept of addition to our kindergarten students using a multi-sensory approach. We believe in engaging multiple senses to make learning a joyful experience. Week 1: Let's Count and Add with Objects - We will start by using everyday objects such as toys, fruits, and blocks to teach counting and basic addition. - Students will learn how to represent numbers using these objects and perform simple addition by combining groups. Week 2: Equations Made Simple for Kindergarteners - Building on the concept of counting and adding objects, we will gradually introduce simple equations. - We'll use visuals, drawings, and hands-on activities to help students understand the concept of mathematical expressions. Week 3: Adding Fun with Your Fingers - We understand the importance of kinesthetic learning. This week, we'll explore the use of fingers as a tangible and interactive tool for addition. - Students will discover how to use their fingers as a simple, yet effective, method to solve basic addition problems. Week 4: Bringing It All Together - As we progress through the course, we will gradually integrate the use of objects, equations, and fingers to solve more complex addition problems. - Students will gain confidence in their ability to add and develop a solid foundation for future mathematical concepts.
